I’m the founder and driving force behind a group of ventures that span commercial lending, strategic capital, and creative financial solutions. Across all my roles, I lead with a focus on structuring, negotiating, and overseeing complex financing strategies—primarily within the commercial real estate space, but also extending into manufacturing, mining, agriculture, technology, and consumer sectors.

Prior to launching my own companies, I held senior positions at HSBC Bank Canada, BMO Bank of Montreal, and Noverra Capital Partners, where I built a strong foundation in corporate finance. My experience includes everything from mergers and acquisitions financing and mezzanine lending to construction loans, hybrid debt instruments, and public market offerings.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and an MBA in Finance from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. I’ve also earned designations including Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), Corporate Finance accreditation from CPA Canada, and recognition from the Mortgage Broker Institute (MBI).
